Returns & Exchanges

At Game Over Videogames, we want your style to be a high score, but if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All apparel must be in its original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Level Up Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
